What we store

Vantage stores derived structure — typed graph nodes (people, messages, events, deals, invoices), edges between them with weights and timestamps, mined metrics, and findings. We store pointers (source references) back to the originating system so you can always verify a finding's evidence.

What we do not store

• Email bodies (Gmail is read as metadata; only subject + snippet land in the graph)
• Message content (Slack, Teams, SMS)
• Document contents or attachments
• Per-signal event streams (extractors produce subgraphs directly)
• Model prompt/response payloads (only aggregate $ spend per org per month)
• Raw payloads beyond a 7-day rolling buffer (enforced by S3 lifecycle)

Residency

All compute and storage is in AWS eu-west-1 (Ireland). Model inference uses an EU-only cascade (Tensorix EU + Bedrock EU inference profiles). Vercel edge is pinned to dub1.
